Blount's Disease is a growth disorder of the medial aspect of the proximal tibial physis, with abrupt medial angulation
of the proximal tibia distal to the epiphysis, leading to varus angulation of the proximal tibia and medial rotation of the
tibia. (Or in simple words leading to Bow legs).

ECG changes that can be seen in a case of a massive pulmonary embolus are:
- an S1Q3T3 pattern
- a prominent S wave in lead I
- a Q wave and inverted T wave in lead III
- sinus tachycardia
- T wave inversion in leads V1 - V3
- Right Bundle Branch Block
- low amplitude deflections

The differential diagnosis of small, well-defined, randomly-spaced nodules around 2 mm in size (the so-called
"miliary" pattern) includes
- miliary tuberculosis,
- fungal infections,
- tumor metastasis,
- sarcoidosis,
- disseminated viral infections,
- injection talcosis.
